The Henry Beaufort School is a mixed comprehensive school in Winchester for students aged 11 to 16. We are a Technology and Humanities College with a reputation for academic excellence, broad extra-curricular opportunities, and outstanding pastoral care.
Nationally, Henry Beaufort is placed in the top 10% of schools for academic progress in Mathematics and English. We provide a friendly and positive environment in which students are motivated to learn and achieve their potential.

Learning the art of animation
As part of the Year 11 Media course, our students have been making short pieces of animation. Working in the school's Media Suite, the students have been learning how to create stop-motion animation films. They planned their ideas on storyboards before embarking on the intricate and time-consuming task of using animation to bring their ideas to life.
Autumn trip to Dierdorf
In the Autumn of 2011, six of our students went on a trip to visit one of our partner schools in Dierdorf, Germany. The Henry Beaufort School enjoys strong links with schools across the world, which adds a truly international dimension to our learning environment. One-to-One Review Day
Thank you to all parents who attended the One-to-One Review Day on Wednesday 11th January. The day provided an opportunity to meet with tutors and discuss individual student action plans for the coming months. It also supported the school's aim of working with parents to ensure that all students continue to make progress and focus on achieving their very best.
