Here at The Henry Beaufort School we have a great team of Student Librarians from Year 8, 9 and 10 who help in the Library at break and lunch times and also before and after school.

The team are responsible for leading events, competitions and activities as well as helping to create displays, choose new stock and write content for the Library newsletter.

Student Librarians have the opportunity to work towards five awards (First, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum) whilst they are in post. These awards are all affiliated with the School Library Association and are nationally recognised. Every month one member of the team is also chosen as Student Librarian of the Month by the School Librarian.
