The Henry

Number Day Winners

On the 5th February 2016, The Henry Beaufort School took part in the NSPCC Number Day. As a result we raised £41.48 for the charity - in coppers! Number Day is designed to raise awareness of the importance of numeracy, whilst raising money for charity through a range of fun, curriculum-focused activities.

For the second year running Josyan Ingram won the 'Number Hunt' challenge, but this year she had a little help from Lauren Fall (pictured with their prizes). Well done girls!

The ‘Pile of Pounds’ inter-tutor group competition was won by 8M, who managed to build the tallest tower....although the totals raised by each tutor group were very close, 8M managed to stack their coins up the highest without the tower falling over!

Many thanks to 7A/B/L/M/P/R/W and 8L/M/W for competing.
