Looking forward to Year 7 Learning day, Friday 5th September.  All years in school from Monday 8th September

Our House Point System

At the Henry Beaufort, all students are assigned to a house when they join the school, and this is something that they keep throughout their time at Henry Beaufort and become tethered to.

The House System is used to build a community feel around school and used as part of our reward system to bring all events, competitions, and school procedures together to create a leaderboard with the winning house getting their colour ribbon attached to The House Cup.

Each House is associated with a colour and has 2 student House Captains who support with the running and creation of new events to go towards the House System.

At the end of each term, there is a Whole School Assembly which results from every competition that has been run is announced, and the leaderboard is updated and shared with students and staff.

House Captains

As the House System continues to build, in the academic year of 2023/2024 we introduced the role of House Captains to support the running of events, deciding winners of events and to have a presence within their house supporting the staff. Each house currently has 2 House Captains, 1 student in year 7 and 1 student in year 10. These students have been fantastic at house events and been great role models for students in their houses.
