Student email addresses are formatted First.Lastname@Students.beaufort.hants.sch.uk
For OneDrive Access, Email Access, Student Sharepoint and when asked to sign in with Microsoft use your school email address and the password is the one you use to sign into school computers
You must follow the link to Arbor on this site to access our version of Arbor, if you use any other Arbor site your logins will not work.
If you have forgotton your Arbor password follow the reset password link on the page and a password reset email will be sent to your school email.
To access Seneca & Sora click on the “Sign in with Microsoft” and use your school email address and password.

Microsoft Office
As you are a Student here you can install Microsoft Office on 5 of your personal devices. This includes home laptops, home computers & iPads.
- You should then follow the instructions after you click ‘Download’
- Once installed you will be asked to sign in
- Select “Sign in with a work or school account”
- Sign in with your school email address and Password ( as a reminder it is your name @STUNDENTS.Beaufort.hants.sch.uk along with the password you use for the computers at school)
- The license is tied to your school email account so it is only you who is entitled and will be enabled to use it not anyone else.
When you leave the school your license will be removed automatically and then unfortunately, you will have to pay Microsoft should you wish to continue to use it.
