During unstructured times we encourage students to remain outside unless it is wet or extremely cold. Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on duty for that day will inform staff and students accordingly.

10:40 – 10:55 BREAK TIMES: All students should be outside getting some fresh air unless the Senior Leadership Team on duty informs duty staff and students that it is a wet or extremely cold break time. Tutor bases will be opened accordingly with Rome/Warsaw directed to the Concert Hall.

UNEXPECTED SCHOOL CLOSURES

In the event of the school closing at short notice for any reason, for example heavy snowfall, parents will be informed by Parentmail as well as a notice on the front page of the website. It is also advised to listen to local radio stations who will be informed and will broadcast the news.

School closure information can be viewed on the Hampshire County Council website. If parents do not hear any news, it should be assumed that the school will be open as usual.
