A mental health charity for young people in need of support and for parents who are worried about their child.  The parent’s helpline is 08088025544 for detailed advice, emotional support and signposting about a young person up to the age of 25. You will find a number  of resources to help with mental health and to empower all young minds whatever the challenges in life. This also covers your child at University to make sure they get the best possible mental health support and have the    resilience to overcome their difficulties.

NHS MENTAL HEALTH TRIAGE

This service provides advice, support and guidance, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for anyone living in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This is a crisis line that has a wide range of skills, ncluding on the phone brief psychological support and has access to key services and organisations that can offer mental health support to people in  their time of need.
