Spring Concert 2026 Celebrates Student Talent

The Henry Beaufort School Community came together in March 2026 for the Spring Concert, celebrating the start of spring and showcasing musical talent from across the school.

Students in Years 9–11 performed a varied programme including the Chamber Choir, Year 10 Band, marimba and violin solos, alongside a range of instrumental and duet performances. The evening highlighted the creativity, confidence and commitment of HB students, creating a vibrant celebration of music and community.

The concert also marked a special farewell to Year 11 students in their final school performance, recognised for their leadership and inspiration to younger musicians.

Miss Hearle, Headteacher, The Henry Beaufort School, said:

In school, the start of spring is marked by our uplifting Spring Concert, and as always it was a joy to attend. A particular thank you goes to our wonderful Year 11 students, for whom this was their final performance at The Henry Beaufort School. They have been a real inspiration to our younger students, clearly reflected in the skill and talent shown by all performers.”

Mrs Seddon, Head of Music at The Henry Beaufort School, added:
“It is a real honour and privilege to work with such devoted, creative and ambitious students at The Henry Beaufort School’s concerts. This year’s Spring Concert was a memorable evening, filled with fantastic performances from all involved, and marked an emotional farewell to our Year 11 students at their final school concert. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of them.”

The Spring Concert reflects The Henry Beaufort School’s values of Pride, Happiness and Ambition, and its commitment to enriching student experience beyond the classroom.
