On Wednesday 2nd December The Henry Beaufort School STEM club enjoyed an evening visit to the Winchester Science Centre (photographed below with a cut out of Tim Peake). They were treated to lectures on Galaxies and Black Holes as well as a talk on former British Army Air Corps officer and current European Space Agency astronaut, Tim Peake.

The girls enjoyed festive mince pies and the chance to have their questions answered. Everyone had an great time and the pupils enjoyed watching Tim’s live launch to the International Space Station in their science lesson on 15th December.
