Rachel Bean - Staff
Having worked at The Henry Beaufort School for over 10 years, Rachel has a good understanding of its ethos and culture and is fully committed to its progress moving forwards. As a result of teaching a wide range of subjects, she has a broad educational perspective, and has led numerous residential trips both in the UK and abroad. The most notable being the longstanding annual WW1 Battlefields Trip, which takes place in Belgium and France every October.
Through her role as a Head of Year, Rachel has an in-depth knowledge of the pastoral systems and has contributed to shaping the strong, positive, caring community we are so proud of. A real passion of Rachel's is staff wellbeing. As the lead Staff Wellbeing Ambassador, Rachel works with staff, Governors and SLT to champion ways to make our working environment supportive, healthy and positive. Rachel hopes to continue the work she does in this role as Staff Governor.
Rachel is proud to serve as a Staff Governor and is committed to helping the school continue to thrive, evolve, and offer the best possible opportunities to every member of its community.
